Norgen

Norgren is a British company specializing in motion control and fluid control technologies, and a leading name in industrial automation for over a century. The company was founded in 1925 by entrepreneur Carl Norgren in the United States, after he developed the world’s first pneumatic lubricator — an innovation that laid the foundation for the company’s growth into one of the world’s leading manufacturers of pneumatic and electric motion control components.

Since 1972, Norgren has been part of the IMI plc group, a long-established British engineering conglomerate (tracing its roots back to 1862), which today operates in more than 50 countries and holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality certifications. Under the IMI umbrella, the company’s well-known sister brands — including Buschjost, Herion, Bimba, and Bahr — continue to develop pneumatic and electric motion control solutions at the highest level.
